A paradigm shifting advancement towards justice.

In a groundbreaking announcement today, minority watch-lawyers representing the nominal complainants in the case of Commissioner of Police v. JOHNWEALTH ELOHIM in charge number ET/4A/74/2023 disclosed that an amicably out of court settlement of the case with the defendant has been achieved.

The Honorable Magistrate emphasized to the defendant, “if you really did it, and it is a warning to you going forward, if it something that is in your nature do to, desist. Assault is not the way. If something is not for you, step away. But it is for you to corner somebody and do what you want with that person thinking the person wouldn’t have any voice. As you can see, she has a voice”.
